The foundations of Kiler Holding were established in 1983 by Hikmet Kiler and his sons Nahit, Vahit, and Ümit Kiler. The family entered the industry with their core business in food retailing. Continuing its growth and investments in sectors such as construction, transportation, energy, and industry, Kiler Holding today operates in six different sectors with nearly 30 companies and over 10,000 employees. Kiler Holding's short-term objective is to achieve steady growth by continuing its investments in construction, energy, transportation, and industry, aiming to rank among Türkiye’s top 10 most powerful companies.
In the construction sector, many of the Holding’s investments in residential, commercial, and shopping center projects of various scales are carried out under the umbrella of Kiler REIT. Renowned for its “REFERANS” brand in residential projects, Kiler REIT responds to emerging living trends in metropolitan areas by developing people-oriented designs and high-quality construction projects in prime locations. Some of its notable projects include Istanbul Sapphire Residence, Referans Bakırköy, Referans Bahçeşehir, Referans Beşiktaş, Referans Beylikdüzü, Kütahya Sera Shopping Mall, Referans Göktürk, Zonguldak Westalife Shopping Mall, Referans Pendik, and the transformation project Sapphire Office. These projects are either completed, in the delivery phase, or ongoing. Biskon Yapı, a group company and the contractor for projects developed by Kiler REIT, also undertakes infrastructure and superstructure contracting projects.
In the energy sector, Doğu Aras, Aras Elektrik Dağıtım, and Aras Epsaş Perakende provide reliable and uninterrupted energy services across seven cities, 58 districts, and 4,500 villages and towns, including Erzurum, Ağrı, Erzincan, Bayburt, Kars, Ardahan, and Iğdır, with a network spanning 52,000 km. Additionally, investments in renewable energy generation (solar power plants) are progressing rapidly.
In the food sector, the Holding has been producing sugar since 2004 through the Kütahya Sugar Factory in Kütahya and is also the investor and operator of Kütahya Sera Shopping Center.
Accelerating its activities in the transportation industry, Turex, a subsidiary of Kiler Holding and one of Türkiye’s leading transportation companies, provides personnel transportation services to corporate clients across 37 provinces with a fleet of over 10,000 vehicles.
The Holding's most recent investment is in the industrial sector. Kiler İplik, "Open-End and Ring-Yarn Production Facility" was officially opened in August 2024.
